Add a product
Type /product, send the photo, then describe the item in writing or in a voice note: name, price, quantity, and the sizes or colours if there are any. Klin Bot shows you the product details before publishing them, and your customers pick their size or colour when they order. A photo sent on its own also starts adding a product.

Confirm an order
When a customer orders in your shop, Klin Bot sends you the order, with its code and total. If that is what was sold, tap “Confirm”: the sale is recorded and your stock is updated. Otherwise, tap “Correct” and say what was really sold.

Order not received
Sometimes a customer prepares an order in your shop but never sends it to you on WhatsApp. Tap “Not received”: nothing is recorded, and your stock does not change.

Record a sale
Sold something outside the shop, at the market or over the phone? Type /sale, or tap “Record a sale”. Paste the product’s link with the quantity and price, then confirm: the sale counts in your summary.

Change a product
To change a price, a name or the quantity in stock, type /modify. Copy the product’s link in your shop, paste it here with what changes, then confirm.

Pay my subscription
Type /pay: Klin Bot sends you the payment link, during your trial and from three days before your subscription ends. On the page, choose Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money, then approve on your phone. The page shows that it is paid, and Klin Bot confirms the end date in WhatsApp. Paying during your trial? Your 30 days start on the day you pay.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a computer or a website?
No. Everything happens in WhatsApp, on your phone, in writing or by voice note. Klin Bot creates your online shop and its link: no app to install, no website to build.
My items come in several sizes or colours: does that work?
Yes. Say them when you describe the product, for example “wax dress 12000, sizes 40 to 44” or “raffia bag 5000, available in black, red and blue”. Klin Bot turns them into one choice per size or colour, and your customers pick theirs when they order. You can also give the quantity of each size: “2 in 38 and 3 in 40”. Forgot them? Tap “Correct” under the product details and say them.

They pay you directly, as they do today: Mobile Money, cash on delivery, however you agree together on WhatsApp. Klin Bot never touches your customers’ money.
Is my number safe?
Your customers only see the number you choose when you sign up: it can be different from the one you use to message Klin Bot. Klin Bot never writes to your customers, and your number is only used to run your shop.
What if I get stuck?
Type /help: Klin Bot replies with the list of everything it can do, and the address of the user guide, which shows each action with the conversation. It also sends it to you as soon as your shop is created, and whenever it does not understand a message.

Three days before your trial ends, Klin Bot sends you the link to pay with Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money in WhatsApp; Mobile Money fees are shown before you approve. Without payment, your shop stays visible for a few more days, then pauses: your products are kept, and it reopens as soon as you pay.
Can I speak English to Klin Bot?
Yes. Klin Bot speaks French and English. Type /language to choose, whenever you like.
